There is a United States Board of Directors, and a Haitian Board--Haitian Association of Christian Partners (APCH). These two boards work in harmony with one another in raising funds and assuring accountability for the ministry. U.S. Board members are typically recruited from those who have had a successful history of short-term ministry in Haiti, or demonstrated other strong devotion to the work. Members serve voluntary three-year terms.
