    Bethany Project had its start over 40 years ago at the Port au Prince school Dr. Jean Claude Noel visits in this video. Dr. Noel, then pastor of the Boulos Baptist Church, found that school children were desperately in need of nutrition. Assisted by American pastor, Dr. David Madeira, the Bethany feeding program was begun. Today. a portion of funds donated by child sponsors still go to provide a nutritious noontime meal, often the only one the child will receive that day.
