Glad Tidings Church Team--August 2011  
An early August 2011 work team was fielded by Glad Tidings Church, Quincy, MA. It was involved in maintenance projects in Port au Prince and at Marbial, Haiti.

Here are a couple of their reflections:

"We want to thank you all for praying for us while we were here you have no idea how your prayers have helped! We serve an awesome God! It has been an honor to serve on this team with a great group of men and women! We have grown a lot this trip and have formed bonds that will last!

"We worked hard all day despite the approaching storm. We have been praying hard and then it happened. The storm just disappeared... it was crazy... but crazy good. God has lead us step by step this trip. It really feels like a living illustration of what I have preached these past three weeks- total submission, obedience and trust in the Lord.

NH Work Team to Port au Prince and Petit Goave

 
In April 2011, a team from First Congregational Church, Ossipee, NH worked at AFCA Village, Port au Prince, and brought encouragement to an orphanage in Petit Goave, near Leogane. Member Dan caught the flavor of the trip in a video slide show using assembled team photos.
