As a ministry of Partners with Haiti, the Bethany Project gives our friends the privilege of meeting the needs of Haiti's children by giving them educational opportunities and keeping them healthy. We are sharing God's love in a physical and spirtitual way with our primary goal of reaching this needy nation for Jesus Christ. Our obedience to the Lord compels us to the cries for mercy and compassion. On the island of Haiti, misery abounds after years of oppressive dictatorship. Children are eager to learn, but are sick and apathetic from malnutrition. In a recent study, we discovered that 90% of the children surveyed had no breakfast, while 70% were uncertain of an evening meal. Would you consider sponsoring one or more of these children?

A sponsor is a caring friend who is committed to meeting the needs of a Haitian sponsored child. You will be assigned a specific child/children as your own. We ask that you commit to sponsoring your child through elementary school (6th grade).

You may continue to sponsor your child through secondary school (high school). Knowing your child's name and receiving a picture will provide you with a valuable link with your child. You can identify personally with, and pray specifically for your child. You can write and send packages to them at any time.
